WorkWithYourRhythm.

(not against it)

Kumbatio builds software that responds to how much you can actually do right now - not how much the clock says you should.

Hours present do not equal productive output. We build systems that respect real human capacity.

STATUS: DEVELOPING `energy-system`
THESIS: energy > time

[ The Purpose ]

Energy
Time.

The world treats energy and time as equivalent. They are not.

More hours does not produce more output - cognitive capacity does. Kumbatio is an ecosystem of software built for neurodivergent people and anyone whose cognitive energy is unpredictable.

Most systems are designed for one default brain: consistent attention, stable energy, predictable working hours. That assumption fails a significant portion of people and forces them into constant manual compensation.

Built from lived experience with depression and ADHD.

Our tools do the compensation for you, so you don't have to.

[ Thesis Statement ]

The WorldMeasuresHours.

When time and energy are in conflict, capacity matters more than clock time.

Work done in 75 productive hours beats work attempted across 160 depleted ones.

Software that ignores this forces people to compensate manually - which costs energy they don't always have. We build systems that do that compensation for them.

Design Scenarios

What this feels like

5 moments we design for, mapped to energy conditions. Drawn from lived experience - not customer testimonials.

Burnout Recovery

You're recovering from burnout and miss a deadline. The tool doesn't yell. It waits, quietly, until you're ready.

Team Dynamics

A team stops asking 'do you have time?' and starts asking 'do you have capacity?'. Planning starts matching reality.

ADHD / Executive Dysfunction

ADHD execution is non-linear. A standard calendar calls that broken. An adaptive interface calls it Tuesday.

Sensory Overload

You set your energy to 25% and the interface desaturates, slows down, and gets quieter. Your shoulders drop before you've read a word.

Hustle Culture Detox

Ten hours in front of a screen used to count as a good day. ph ≤ wh, visualized, makes that math impossible to unsee.

Ecosystem.

Different moments in a person's cognitive life. One underlying commitment: adapt to human capacity.
